01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

02 Eligibility & Jurisdiction

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any dax99 service. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. dax99 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend Accounts pending verification.

2.2 Residency

The Platform is primarily operated for and marketed toward residents of Indonesia. By registering, you represent that your access to and use of the Platform does not violate any law or regulation applicable to you in your country, state, or territory of residence.

2.3 Prohibited Jurisdictions

Users who are physically located in, or residents of, any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by statute or regulation are not permitted to register or use dax99 services. It is the User's sole responsibility to determine whether their use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. dax99 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate, legal, or available for use in any specific jurisdiction.

2.4 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Registering multiple Accounts — regardless of the email address, device, IP address, or payment method used — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension and permanent forfeiture of all balances.

03 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To register an Account on dax99, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile phone number. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information whenever it changes.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. dax99 will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorised activity arising from your failure to protect your login details.

3.3 Account Security

dax99 strongly recommends that all Users enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their Accounts. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have notified dax99 in writing of a security breach. Upon receiving such notice, dax99 will take reasonable steps to secure your Account.

3.4 Account Ownership

Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your Account, Account Balance, or any winnings to any other person. Any attempted transfer will be void and may result in immediate Account suspension.

04 Identity Verification (KYC)

4.1 Verification Obligation

dax99 is required to verify the identity of all Users prior to processing withdrawal requests. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents at any point during your use of the Platform:

• Government-issued photo identification (Indonesian KTP, passport, or SIM)
• Proof of residential address (bank statement, utility bill, or official correspondence dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (photograph of the bank card or screenshot of the e-wallet registered to your name)
• Source of funds declaration where deposits exceed thresholds established by our compliance team

4.2 Verification Timeframe

dax99 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24–72 hours of receiving all required documents. Complex cases involving enhanced due diligence may take longer. During the verification period, your withdrawal requests will be placed on hold; your Account will otherwise remain active for gaming.

4.3 Refusal of Verification

If you refuse to provide the documents requested under this Clause or if the documents provided are determined to be fraudulent, inconsistent, or insufficient, dax99 reserves the right to suspend your Account, freeze your Balance, and report the matter to relevant authorities as required by applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

dax99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels:

• Indonesian Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia)
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja
• Cryptocurrency: USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks), BTC

dax99 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment channels at any time without prior notice. The availability of specific channels may vary depending on your location, Account verification status, and transaction history.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via Indonesian bank transfer and e-wallet are typically credited to your Account within 5–15 minutes during standard WIB (UTC+7) banking hours. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited after the required number of network confirmations, which varies by blockchain and network congestion. dax99 does not charge platform-side fees on deposits; however, your bank, e-wallet provider, or blockchain network may levy its own transaction fees.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to Indonesian bank accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga) are processed within 15 minutes during WIB business hours, subject to successful KYC verification and fraud screening. E-wallet withdrawals to OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are typically settled within minutes. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed on a rolling basis, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

5.4 Currency and Conversion

The Platform's primary functional currency is Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Where cryptocurrency deposits are made, the equivalent IDR value at the time of deposit is displayed in your Account Balance for reference. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed at the prevailing market rate at the time of withdrawal request. dax99 is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit and the time of withdrawal.

5.5 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your Account dashboard and may be updated periodically. Limits may vary by payment method, Account verification tier, and promotional status. dax99 reserves the right to impose additional transaction limits on any Account at its discretion for security, compliance, or fraud-prevention purposes.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives offered by dax99 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that offer.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement specifies the total cumulative bet volume you must complete before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are calculated on the basis of the bonus amount received and must be met within the validity period stated in the offer terms.

6.3 Game Contribution Rates

Different game categories contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Live casino table games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws, and sports betting markets may contribute at a lower rate than slots. The contribution rate for each game category is published on the dax99 promotions page. Placing bets on games that contribute 0% to the wagering requirement while a bonus is active may result in the cancellation of the bonus.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

dax99 actively monitors for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or zero-risk bets to clear wagering requirements, and coordinating bonus claims with other users. Any Account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance voided and may be permanently suspended.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on the dax99 sportsbook are subject to acceptance by the Platform. dax99 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error, human error, or data feed malfunction. Where a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to the Account Balance.

7.2 Odds and Markets

Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of confirmation are locked. Live in-play odds fluctuate in real time and are updated continuously; dax99 cannot guarantee the continued availability of any specific odds or market.

7.3 Slot and Casino Games

All slot and casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) independently audited by accredited testing laboratories. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is displayed on the game information panel. Results from previous rounds have no influence on future rounds. Crash game products, including Aviator by Spribe, use provably fair algorithms whose seeds can be independently verified.

7.4 Disputed Results

If you believe a game or betting outcome has been determined incorrectly, you must submit a formal dispute via the Platform's support channel within 72 hours of the event. Disputes submitted after this window may not be investigated. dax99's decision on disputed outcomes is final and binding, subject to the escalation process described in Clause 14.

08 Responsible Gaming

dax99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following tools are available to all registered Users via the Account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session reminders or logouts after a specified period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension and permanent forfeiture of all balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access game outcomes, or interact with the Platform in a manner not authorised by dax99
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage; any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided
• Engaging in match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or any form of collusion with other players or third parties
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any unlawful source
• Impersonating another person, submitting fraudulent KYC documents, or providing false registration information
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming controls, including using a third party's Account to continue play following self-exclusion
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes with payment providers in bad faith
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or dax99 staff through any communication channel

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the dax99 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, interface design, graphics, software, text, game assets, and audio — is the exclusive intellectual property of dax99 or its licensed third-party providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, or otherwise exploit any dax99 intellectual property without express prior written consent. Unauthorised use of dax99 intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 Service Availability

dax99 aims to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows, third-party infrastructure outages, DDoS attacks, and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. dax99 will not be held liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — arising from Platform downtime.

11.2 Cap on Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dax99's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 Exclusions

dax99 shall not be liable for: indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; or the cost of procuring substitute services, regardless of whether dax99 was advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability; in such cases, these exclusions apply to the fullest extent permitted.

11.4 Player Responsibility

Gambling involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you gamble at your own risk and that dax99 is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through the use of the Platform. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of dax99 complies with all laws applicable to you.

12 Privacy & Data

dax99 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to dax99's legal obligations to retain certain records.

dax99 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Your personal data will never be sold to third parties for marketing purposes. dax99 may share data with licensed payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies as required by applicable law and our operating licence conditions.

13 Suspension & Termination

13.1 Termination by User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting the dax99 support team via live chat. Before closure, any remaining Real Money Balance will be paid out to your verified payment method, provided all outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds have been settled. Accounts under active investigation may not be closed until the investigation is resolved.

13.2 Suspension or Termination by dax99

dax99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to pass KYC verification, or the receipt of a regulatory directive. Upon termination for cause, any Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited; Real Money Funds will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our licence obligations.

13.3 Effects of Termination

Upon termination of your Account, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Clauses 9, 10, 11, 12, and 14 — will remain in full force and effect.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dax99 holds its operating gaming licence. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that territory for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaints process.

In the event of a dispute, Users are encouraged to first contact dax99 customer support to seek an informal resolution. If the matter remains unresolved, Users may escalate their complaint to the relevant licensing authority, whose contact information is available on request from the dax99 support team.

15 Amendments

dax99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, dax99 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by posting the revised Terms on this page and, where practicable, notifying registered Users via email or in-Platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Effective Date" and version number at the top of this document indicate when the most recent revision was made. If you do not accept a proposed amendment, you must close your Account before the amendment takes effect.
